Will Invisalign work with my advanced case?

I have 3 impacted teeth that will need to be surgically removed (I had one removed years ago). This leaves me with 4 baby teeth that aren't going to last forever. Is it possible to get invisalign after getting dental implants or are those implants secure forever? I want Invisalign, but I don't want to have any missing teeth.

Will Invisalign work with my advanced case?
Unfortunately, Invisilign will not be appropriate after implants. Actually, the baby teeth will need to be removed to have the implants placed so you will have spaces between the time the surgery is done and the crowns are placed on top of the implants, and this usually takes months.

You should have a consultation with an orthodontist that works with your general dentist on a regular basis in order to treatment plan your "case" appropriately. Usually what happens in the consultation with the orthodontist is the taking of an xray to check tooth position and impressions of your teeth. After that the orthodontist will give you a general idea of how much time and how much money they will cost. However, in your case the orthodontist would be factoring in using the braces to hold spaces open for implants. The implants might also involve you seeing an prosthodontist, a dentist who specializes in advanced treatment such as implants. So, in a nutshell you have an advanced case that will probably involve 3 types of dentists who need to communicate well and coordinate you care to get the job done. Good luck
