Invisalign?

just a weird question but if i had invisalign i know u take it out wen u eat but wat aaabout kissing lol do i leave it in or take it out?

You are supposed to leave your aligners in for 22 - 23 hours per day. My dentist said that I was only to remove them during meals and brushing. They won't fall out when you smooch.

but if its just a simple no tongue kiss, just lips, its fine to keep it in. hehe
