Invisalign dentist?
You might save money by seeing a general dentist. Pick one who has been doing Invisalign for at least a few years and has done many cases.

Also, a general dentist might suggest alternative methods of achieving your goal, whereas orthodontists only focus on teeth movement.
Reply:Orthodontists are specialists and they are trained to move teeth. Dentists are not Orthodontists. Having said that, some dentists are able to understand some basics and work towards your goal. Obviously this means that would be a price difference in the provision of treatment. If cost is almost equal, then I would go to the orthodontist. If there is a big difference, then I would find out why. If your dentist is able to show previous pre and post op records of multiple patients, then why not.

I like going to specialists, that is just me.
Reply:I personally would recommend going to an Orthodontist. They went to school to study how to move the teeth the right way. Dentists are there to help keep your teeth healthy or repair them. With Invisalign, in the end if your teeth don't come out perfect you may need to finish with braces and you want an orthodontist to do that.
