Invisalign buttons?

I just got buttons put on for my Invisalign treatment. I think that's what they're called. The little white things they glue on your teeth to help the teeth rotate better and fit the aligners better. I got 4 total. 2 on top and 2 on bottom.

Anyone else with Invisalign have those? And did you get used to them? When your aligners are in, it's no problem. But when you eat, those little things are annoying. Always feels like you got food stuck on your teeth. Like you want to flick them off with your tongue. And can they come off easily?

you are supposed to take the Invisalign off when you eat.
Reply:Most people need some sort of attachments on their teeth when using the Invisalign system. Otherwise, certain tooth movements are just not possible. All of my patients have gotten used to their attachments, since most of the time (20+ hrs/day) they have their aligners in. The attachments will not come off easily. They are bonded to your teeth and won't flick off. After your treatment is finished, whomever is doing your treatment will have to remove the attachments, same way we remove the cement from regular braces, but it's much quicker and easier since you only have 4, rather than something glued to every tooth.

Good luck! :)
