Invisalign braces??

I was at the dentist last week, and my dentist told me I may be a candidate for Invisalign, and that I have slight crowding with my teeth, but I also think she told me that I could get them if I wanted to. So I don't think I have to get them... I want to know, does invisalign hurt?

Invisalign can hurt a little, as do regular braces. But it is tolerable and nothing to be afraid of. If you are not concerned with how the crowding looks, than you don't have to do it. If you are very crowded, then it could affect the ability to be able to keep the teeth clean and healthy, but you said slight crowding was the issue. So you don't have to worry about deciding really soon. But the pain associated with it feels like a mild toothache.
