Invisalign Braces question?

Does the cost of a invisalign braces varies depends on the severity of the condition. I heard invisalign braces are usually more expensive but my teeth aren't way out of shape; I just want to fix a small overbite.

Yes it does depend how long you need them and the severity of the condition. Usually the price is comparable to traditional braces. Big benefit to invisiline is that it's quicker, removable, and better tolerated. Check your insurance.

Reply:Ask for Clear step instead - SAME THING but half the price, just different company. Made in Uk in stead of the US thats why they are cheaper but they are the same thing!
Reply:Invisalign cost depends on the severity of the case, the company charges the dentist differently depending on the length/complexity of the treatment. some dentist charge a flat rate regardless of the complexity of the treatment. I've seen it to be more expensive than conventional braces on avg.


A small overbite can be challenging to fix sometimes, as the orthodontist needs to change the position of the teeth vertically (up and down), unfortunately invisalign is much less effective than conventional braces in this kind of movement, Invisalign works great in the horizontal plane, like closing spaces or fixing rotation, but not as effective in moving teeth in the vertical plane like fixing over/under bite. you need to check with your orthodontist to see what treatment is best for you, I'd rather wear conventional braces, even if they don't look as good, to get predictable results, you get ortho treatment once in your life, so make sure you make a decision that grants you the best outcome.

Reply:they wont let u get them if they are way out. mine arent bad at all and i have to get braces 3 dentists said ...lamess.. i wanted invisaligns too .. but no they are 1 equal price
