Do you think using invisalign is a good thing?

i need help, because ionoo if its better to use invisalign or juss the normal braces. but i found out that if you use invisalign it'll be quicker, but braces ar like usually 2 years until they come off. soo do you guys know anything about invisalign that can help mee?

Invisalign works just as well as regular braces. How ever it is not for severe cases.

Reply:I wanted to use invisalign, but they're expensive and can get fairly gross. Just stick with regular braces, they're not so bad. The time it takes for them really depends on how well you keep up with what you have to do, like wear bands, etc.
Reply:I'm a certified dental assistant and specialize in orthodontics. I have used Invisalign and another product that is similar. I like the product but there can be restrictions. First, your case usually (but not always) must be a non-extraction case and not a severe case of crowding. You really need to stick to the 22-24 hours a day of wearing your "trays" to correct your teeth. If you are not really responsible or have a lot of will power, it won't work in the time the doctor quotes you. Overall, I like them and would consider them for myself but not for my pre-teen or teenager.
