Invisalign question?

I am currently on my 3rd set on invisalign but am still having problems adjusting to them and I have to say am not always wearing them? Has anyone else experienced this and what can i do to adjust?

Did you wear the 2nd week set well? If you didn't, then you then to go back to the 2nd set and wear them a full 2 weeks before moving on. You cannot rush through your Invisalign treatment, you will get to a point where the trays will not fit at all.





You have to wear the trays all the time (except when eating and brushing) for the full two weeks prescribed. If you don't wear them all the time, then you need to wear them longer.... 3 weeks per set to get the desired movement.

Reply:OK so I did the Invisaligners too. I would say that they helped quite a bit but they weren't perfect. Anyway, the more you wear them the more comfortable they fit, until you change from one set to the next. When you change over, take an Advil or two at night to make it easier to sleep, that's when it's a little painful.
