Can I get invisalign or regular braces?

i went to the orthodontist and he said that i could use invisalign express, but im wondering if he can place regular/metal braces on me. just wondering since the cost of both are very different. when he told me invisalign is that my only option or can i also have regular braces placed on my teet?

Go with Invisalign you will get better results and alot less pain, its definitely worth the cost.
Reply:I work at an Orthodontist office. Don't do the Invisalign Express if you want the process to be quick, braces would be faster. Invisalign is even going to stop offering Invisalign express because it doesn't work as well as normal invisalign. If you get the express most likely you will have to do refinements, which means once your done with your Express Invisalign trays you'll take a new impression, send it to Invisalign, and then start more trays because the express didn't straight your teeth enough.
