I have invisalign right now and it is working really well. it costs the same price as regular baraces and takes about the same amoutn of time. i only reccomend them if they are on adults though. You can get a free consultation with a dentist in your area. Just got onto invisalign.com and you can find a dentist near you that can help you. You can also get free information from them too. I hope it helps.
Reply:A lot of my friends have used it and it didn't seem to help them at all. Not to mension incredibly expensive. I think they cost more than braces.

Have your orthodontist look at your teeth and determine whether you need braces or if your teeth are straight enough for invisalign, if you choose to use it.
Reply:Cost is really determined by the fee from the individual orthodontist. Many orthodontists are now providing Invisalign treatment, but it does require that you go back on a regular basis to the orthodontist to be refitted for the "next" Invisalign appliance. If you don't want the look of braces, you may want Invisalign. You can also see a second orthodontist and get a second opinions. If you do go for a consultation, the orthodontist should be willing to give you the pros and cons of each type of treatment and its cost and treatment duration. Have the doctor tell you about traditional braces, invisible braces (similar to traditional but not as much metal), and Invisalign. If he/she won't tell you about all three, go somewhere else.
