Invisalign? Does it work?

I've been looking for a solution to help straighten my teeth, they are not horrible, but have slightly shifted throughout the years.





If you have used invisalign or know someone who has, I'd like to know how you like the results and if you thought it was worth the money! Thanks.

Invisalign works very well for people who have minimal crowding and the room to straighten out the arches. It also depends greatly on your occlusion ( the way you bite together). Definately worth looking at as it is more aesthetically pleasing but there are other options to look as well. Have you considered clear braces? They have come a long way and you can now get white wires as well so they are less visible. Fixed braces work faster and are safer in my opinion. You have to be careful not to move the teeth too quickly or you can kill them, you are moving them through bone after all. Go and see a qualified Orthodontist and discuss all the options.
Reply:it depends on who you are. it works really well for some people, and not at all for others.
Reply:I did some research on invisallign and found out that if your teeth are more than 3mm out of line you can't get invisallign.
Reply:My sister has visalign, and it has been working great for her. Her teeth weren't terribly bad, either, but it's worked alot. Her teeth were shifting and crooked. It's defently worth the money, and results come fast, and NOONE can tell you are wearing anything.

Reply:it works really well. it fixed my teeth. i wouldn't get it done anywhere outside the US, and DEFINITELY pay the extra money for a better dentist. you won't regret it!
