Invisalign, is it really invisible?

I'm about to get started with invisalign and I was wondering if it's really invisible. I know if you looked closely, you could probably see it, but I've never met anyone (that I know of) that uses them. So, for people who has used them or is currently using it, do other people notice that you wear them?

Thanks.

I was worried about it too because I figured the photo in the brochure my dentist gave me was too good to be true but I've had them for a week and a half and no one has mentioned them! If I say anything about them people either look at me like "What are you talking about you don't have braces..." My friend's mom was looking in my mouth while I was wearing them after my friend told her I got them the day before and she didn't believe us. She said "Wow! Those are really good-I would never have guessed you had them."
Reply:The dentist I work for wore them for a year %26amp; a half %26amp; nobody noticed them unless she pointed them out to people. We highly recommend them!
Reply:You really have to look in order to see them but for the most part they are invisible to the naked eye.
Reply:no just clear and they dont work as good as braces
Reply:I have them, and usually no one sees them unless I tell them, but there has been some instances in which people can tell I them on by the shine they have against my teeth, but this is rare.
