Deepbite..? Can Invisalign help this?

My dentist told me I have a deepbite, and that she'd check it out next time I came to the dentist. I was freaking out because I am really not a braces person, and even Invisalign makes me cringe, but I'd really prefer that of course.. even though I know it isn't that great. She said it isn't very severe, and the rest of my teeth are straight, it's just a positioning of my jaw. I'd like to know beforehand if I can use invisalign so I don't go in too nervous. Thanks.

braces would be more useful in correcting your bite and jaw as they attach rubber bands to pull your jaw into position.

pretty sure invisalign is just for correcting the straightness of your teeth, not your bite.

sorry prob not what you wanted to hear!!
